Since I want to be happy right now, I’m posting a picture of The Who. If you ever want to listen to these guys, I recommend the earlier stuff over the later (i.e. “Won’t Get Fooled Again” “Who Are You”). Not that the later songs are bad, but their earlier stuff, “Baby Don’t You Do It”, “The Kids Are Alright”, & “Can’t Explain” are so happy and energetic. Then again, as rock bands go, these guys are always pretty crazy (see picture) so you can’t really go wrong.
Roger Daltry’s about to have a throw-down with his mike, Pete Townhend’s airborne, Keith Moon looks calm behind the drumset but will likely do something insane at any moment, and John Entwhistle’s being good ol’ John behind his bass.
